SCHEDULING AN EVALUATION

In order to schedule a Vocational Expert Evaluation in a Social Security Disability Case please contact our administrator, Ms. Judy Landolfi at 973-365-2227, 212-593-5454 or 800-292-1919. Vocational Evaluations are conducted at one of six local offices. The evaluations take from 1-2 hours, so the person to be evaluated should plan according. Prior to the evaluation we require all the case records (medical reports, hospital records, IME medical reports, RFCE Forms), a retainer, a signed retainer agreement, as well as a variety of forms we will send to the evaluee to be completed. Prior to the appointment date, we will mail the forms to the person, as well as directions to our office.

Where it is not possible to personally see the person for a Vocational Evaluation, an evaluation can be conducted via SKYPE.
