Vocational Expert Diagnostic Evaluation

- The evaluaton consists of a record review, diagnostic vocational interview of the claimant, transferability skill’s analysis, an analysis of the claimant’s ability to perform substantial gainful work activity. All of this information is summarized in a comprehensive detailed report using Social Security terminology.

Vocational Testing

- We are one of the few employability experts who have experience in evaluating a claimant’s aptitudes and abilities by using standardized or computerized testing. Our testing can evaluate the abilities of English and Spanish claimants.

Labor Market Research

- If the claimant is found to be employable, the employability expert will determine the types of occupations they could perform and if the number of jobs are “significant.”

Hearing Testimony

- The employability expert is available to testify in Social Security hearings. An explanation of the methodology, findings, research and ultimate opinion in the case will be explained to the ALJ.

Consultations

- The vocational expert is available to consult in person or telephonically with the attorney to discuss the services of OAS and how they can assist in documenting a claimants employability in Social Security Disability cases.
